Description
D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! There would be no need for other presentations!!!
Biscuits made with simple ingredients, easy to find, created specifically for those who want sweet but no intention of shopping or using complex and caloric ingredients such as butter. In addition, it is possible to halve the sugar for a lighter version suitable even for those who cannot take a lot of sugar (in this case use only 40 g of milk) and you can also omit the milk itself using simple water. Versatile in everything, with an always guaranteed result!
Slightly crispy on the outside, soft as a muffin on the inside, exceptional taste and texture. What else to say? Be careful because one will pull the other!!!
Ingredients
- 8,8 oz (250 g) of flour 0
- 4,2 oz (120 g) of brown sugar
- 2,5 oz (70 g) of seed oil
- 2,1 oz (60 g) of milk (also vegetable)
- A level spoonsful of vanilla yeast for desserts (half a sachet)
- 1 egg
- 1,1 oz (30 g) of bitter cocoa
- Icing sugar q.s.
Preparation
- In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients first (flour, yeast, sugar and cocoa) and mix creating a uniform powder. Then add the other ingredients, namely the egg, the oil and the milk.
- Mix first with a utensil (even a fork) and then with your hands, until it forms a homogeneous and compact dough.
- Turn on the static oven at 180°C.
- Make small balls with your hands, dip them and roll them in icing sugar and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Once all the balls are ready (about 40 will come), bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
